Dos procesos, un tequila
Our tequila is the result of the mixture of two production processes: one artisanal and the other industrial.
This allows us to take advantage of the best properties of both systems, to obtain the unique profile (40° Alc. Vol.) that gives rise to the best 100% agave tequila on the market.
On the one hand, the artisanal process provides complex, intense flavors with unique nuances; while the industrial process guarantees a smooth and consistent flavor.
Artisan process
The process involves cooking in masonry ovens, grinding in a stone bakery and fermentation in wooden vats with a certain presence of bagasse.
The distillation of the fermented must is carried out in copper stills.
Industrial process
Hydrolysis is carried out in stainless steel autoclaves, ground in a four-step grinding train.
It is fermented in stainless steel vats and distilled in a still made of the same material.
